As one of the member of Support Team I learned many things in it especially in handling inquiries come from the users or prospective customers. Support plays a role as a bridge between developers and users. We received many inquiries everyday and thanks to our CRM application, TDN which organize them very neat so we could answer all the inquiries faster and give the best result for them.
In doin this job we face many people with different characters from all over the world with many different stress in their jobs. Some of them with very impatient character in waiting for the answer, even they can’t wait for a minute, they pushed us to fix all their problem just in time. They think that we are gods 🙂 But many thanks also for other users which understand our situation and condition such as time differences problem, workloads and etc that makes us keep going on in doing this job.
